The LAKEFRONT STAGE is a beautiful intimate setting with fixed seating for 5,000+ and a 1,500 square foot performing stage area, that has thrilled crowds with The Coasters, The Drifters, The Charleston Symphony Orchestra, Jerry Clower, and others. Private dressing rooms and handicap equipped rest rooms back up ample parking room for the star's vehicles. Dedicated power is available for any sound and lighting needs.

The EXHIBIT BUILDING with handicap equipped rest room facilities and large drive doors, has housed flea markets, Christmas festivals, classic automobile auctions, and boat shows. This structure has approximately 25,000 square feet of floor space and plenty of electrical potential.

The PARKWAY STAGE, located nearby, is the perfect open setting for exhibitions by talented groups or for display of wares associated with your sale in the EXHIBIT BUILDING. With fixed seating, it is particularly suited to light musical presentations.

The AGRICULTURE BUILDING, with 7,200 square feet of floor space, accommodates parties, storage, and support functions of other events. Conveniently close is the GAZEBO STAGE with an expansive lawn area to hold rallies, sales, carnivals, cook-offs, and musicals. We've even parked a jet nearby!!!

The FINE ARTS COMPLEX, comprised of the CREATIVE ARTS, PHOTOGRAPHY, and FLOWER BUILDINGS, encompasses the beautiful GARDEN. Centered in this area is the lovely GAZEBO - site of weddings, receptions, photography sessions, and informal entertainment. The CREATIVE ARTS BUILDING has a small kitchen to support your caterer and a vast amount of display cabinets; this building is perfect for company parties, private receptions, flea markets, and a myriad of other attractions. Both the CREATIVE ARTS and the FLOWER BUILDINGS (11,200 square feet each of open floor space, with chairs and display tables available for rent) have handicap equipped rest rooms and large service doors to accommodate a variety of events. The PHOTOGRAPHY BUILDING is partitioned and satisfies requirements for sales and static displays.

All areas of EXCHANGE PARK are protected by security fencing. Five gates admit service vehicles, preferred parking patrons, and professional entertainers. Three gates admit patrons and provide plenty of ticket booths. There is FREE PARKING both inside and outside the fence, with two separate lots supplying secured areas suitable for short-term storage of vehicles or other equipment and allowing separate crowd control. Divided rest room facilities are located around the grounds including a shower facility on the MIDWAY.
